Okay you must fine yourself a niche. You have a niche. You have a topic that you specialize in. Your information is good enough for the person that does not have your knowledge base at all. You have to believe in yourself, and your ability to put this all together. What is important to you? You can talk about that all day. Yes, be concerned about your viewers and problems. Think about the questions your target market will have about your niche...become your prospect. Once you know the questions, you can base your blog around that...and start providing answers and solutions in your blog. You have to love to talk about the stuff your going to blog and blog about. Decide your niche. You do not, I repeat, you do not have to talk about  MCA in every blog... If you have products of your own...then good, even better! Please don't blog about that everyday!! How many times can you say the same thing in different ways!

What is holding you back from your destiny...what is keeping you from your fullest potential.  

This is the question I would ask myself in those times in my life I may feel uninspired.  Today I want to deal with personal business matters, our mindsets...  Well, I know for a fact my belief and perception of my life can make or break my business.  You cannot look in the mirror and have a positive perception about your business and not see greatness in yourself as a person. What happens when hiding behind your business no longer silence your personal issues?  It is good to function with a healthy state of mind.

How many times did I start a business and lose interest??

 I lost interest in my business because I could not let got of personal issues in my life. Entertaining depression left me empty when it was time to pour into my business. You cannot dwell in self pity and think you have the mental capacity to successfully sustain a business that your building from scratch. What is going to keep you going in the ground stages when there isn't any income starting out. What will keep you positive and on your daily routine when you do not want to do it because you feel depress or down about something. It is not easy pouring into your dream or your business, when you are down in the dumps. The key is to focus on being at peace with your past.

You need to forgive yourself for the things you cannot change. This is not easily done...you the person...holding the grudge against yourself are not easily convinced that you are worth self forgiveness. Realize holding on to the past only makes you miserable and you are the reason your not moving forward. 

1. Verbally state your claim...your positive perspective when confronted with a flashback from your past. So many times we like to replay stuff in our minds, we can't change. We like to revisit a issue just to regret the decision you made again years ago, again and again. Tell yourself this way of thinking is a waste of time. Tell yourself there is nothing I can do about that but learn from it. Let yourself know your not the same person and you are better.

2. Remember regret does not keep you from repeating history. Regret is a negative emotion, negative energy that attracts negativity to you. When you regret you are clearly on the road for repeating history. Regret, shame , anger, guilt, and depression is not you taking responsibility and making a change for a better. It simply is you being present and stuck in the past. You are robing present moments and your future.

3. Tell yourself, you have a right to be happy. Understand all the facts, when it comes down to your point of view. Let yourself know that is okay to see things in a positive way. Tell yourself, it is my job to state, claim, and feel peace in my life. I have learned you have to have peace with your life story. You have to have peace with your past...A business, husband, wife, and/or hobby cannot silence your story. You have to see the beauty in it...see the beauty in how you have changed as a person.  Give yourself the credit that is do. You make new memories to dwell on. That is how you move forward.

4. Understand, you cannot deny your truth, you cannot deny your past. You can improve and build on your past. You can educate yourself so that you do not repeat history. You must  not deny yourself the ability you have to look at your life and learn about yourself. You are awesome!! So what, the consequences came and you made it through that time in your life.  

Who knows, your truth my be your next niche...the field that you have lived through and know inside/out.  

You can help someone else and add that side to your business. Your life and the healing process is value to someone else. Moving forward on those inward mental wars can be our greatest battles in life. Forgiving yourself is a necessity...good for mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health. Unresolved personal issues keep you from living a passionate filled life.

Some of us are fortunate to know what to do in order to be successful in running a successful online business...

but the sacrifice of time and commitment is not there. Take a moment to look at the worlds oldest body builder, Ms Earnestine Shepherd, now 77 yrs old. There are three things I can take from this video that really teaches me something. I am sure there are way more than three things to take from this...I will share but please look at this clip.

1. You have to love what you do..

Ms. Ernestine Shepherd would not get up at 2 am in the morning to start her day if she did not love what she was doing. She is doing what gives her the greatest peace in life. Learn to be at peace with the process and appreciate every result, enjoy every sign of growth. We have to learn how to make the process count. Love the struggle in doing your passion. If you are thinking of running a business you have to work that creative muscle to it's maximum potential.

2. Make a difference in the world around you.

Most people are happier when they know they are truly making a difference in someone else life. Her testimonials from people being trained under her are so passionate. Most of all age is not an excuse when it comes to getting in shape, running a business, or doing whatever it is you want to do. Remove limitations and reasons for believing in limitations from you. You have a right to be at peace with your life. Then you can help others do the same. You are not the only one that benefits from you living an passionate purposeful life. Your life influences others, whether you know it or not.

3. No matter what happens...keep going!

How many times have tragic things happened to us and we just give up on our dreams and goals. Ms. Shephard lost her sister...I know how she felt. I lost my brother and went through a great deal of depression. Ms. Shephard had to keep going when she realized she was causing the quality of her life to go down...the direct opposite of what her sister wanted for her. It makes me realize, things can be going great...but when dark moments come in our life, YOU MUST PUSH THROUGH AND KEEP GOING. My reactions to tragedies, life circumstances, does matter. I do know that reacting from a depressive state of mind does not change anything. You keep going and moving forward.

Fear and doubt definitely wasn't the deciding factor in this performance. The little girl in this video was dancing from the heart...pure moment in her passion. There was NO number of people that could have deterred her from that moment in time. How serious are you when it come to not being deterred by fear.

For Single Women in Their 30's!!! I Want My Passion to be My Career Now!!! I Hate My Job!!!

Your probably a single woman like me in your early 30's. 

You realize time is still ticking and your at a stand still. Time just keeps on passing you by. I realized after years of working 9-5, I needed a change in my life asap! I am sure some has felt the way I did. Have ever felt like you have gifts that will never be tapped into or taken serious because there's never enough time in any given day? That was me, a vocalist, and no time to even do what I loved to do. I had to pay bills, my life was tied up in bills and debt WITH my regular 9-5 job. I was a customer service rep, with enough hate for my job, that took my body into stress over load. What do you do when you have a passion, that you cannot do because it cannot support your living, and allow you to pay off debt?  Well we just stay where we are, and learn to accept the new reality about life. The new reality is to accept your limitations and try to look at the bright side. Everybody has debt. Right? Just be thankful to have a job. On top of hating what I did everyday, I also dedicated time to a relationship that mirrored my job. I absolutely hated being in it. Yet I dedicated time to it. I have dedicated time to other people's projects and dreams as I watched what I wanted to do...just stay a desire I could not attain.

As a single woman in my 30's, we all know everything is about timing and knowing when it is your time.

Well, I took all I could take. I was just determined to change my life. I wanted to work from home online. So I researched. Well, the success from Annie Malone WAS crazy awesome!!! This, black woman, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, took over the hair care industry for black women, starting in 1903. She started out hiring and training just three assistants and grew from there. Ms. Malone was very successful as a distributor of her hair products. She was able to become a millionaire doing door to door sales for hair and beauty products she created for black women. She trained other black women on how to use her products, she taught them how to sale her products, and she taught black women how to be in business for themselves.  Madam CJ Walker and many other  black women were trained and taught by Annie Malone. Now Ms. Walker did FOLLOW in Ms. Malone steps...Literally!! She did not stay a Malone rep, but created her own  hair and skin products or should I say re-created Annie's products...that is another topic.  A black woman, dominating the black hair industry before, during and after the great depression is amazing to me. Duplicating Annie's system, Madam became a millionaire as well. I think of the racism and all the opposition these women faced...yet there was a plan of action in place. These women did not market only in America, pioneers of being a distributor and in business for yourself, these woman were international!!! Yes black women with international businesses in the dawn of the 20th century. Wherever there were women of color, they saw that as a market for them to dominate. What I learned from both women is

• education was in place...
• training was very important. You have to be qualified for rep status
• These women trained and invested greatly in their consultants 

The education and training was serious!!! Something to model and be duplicated. Madam knew when a good plan was at her finger tips!!! These women were pioneers in being distributors and training others to be in business for self . Madam knew she had to past the training before even being considered an Annie Malone Rep. She duplicated that system and because of the success of a duplicable-able system...she became a millionaire too. Might I add both women had humble beginnings. Parents were former slaves, both of these women and others were determined to not accept what the norm was for black women back then. They were not going to wash clothes and cook for someone else forever. Both women were determined to not live a life they hated. I take their mindset with me when operating my MCA business.

The excitement for growing your business fizzles when you are not able to find potential associates. Every person you speak to about your business opportunity is not associate or boss material. A person believing in and liking your product is not enough. I mean, haven't you been turned down from a job you really wanted. That interview probably went very well too...but you still received  a nice letter that decline you for the position. I have been declined because someone else was more qualified for the job. 

1. Training people who are quick to sign up for business and will not work the business... is enough to drain your excitement. Not knowing who you are targeting is a deal breaker. And newbies...associates, we have to know what we are talking about.
2. If you find yourself lost for words...umm that situation will drain your excitement for business. Please take the time to learn, use, and know your product.
3. Excitement fizzles when the associate is not confident. If you do not believe in you, know one will believe in anything you represent outside yourself. Your giving off that self doubt energy, trust me you will get that mirrored back at you. Work on self development please.
4. I hated explaining one companies PV and BV system!!! I hated drawing circles on the board!!!! You get this and that for this person and....etc. You get confused and get NO business!!! When your tired and bored during the presentation so are your prospects. If this is always the ending result, your patience will fizzle out and  BYE BYE BUSINESS!! You will not continue to put yourself through that.

What business owner would continue to put themselves in a negative unprofitable situation on a regular basis??? Sounds like a deal breaker to me.  Are you really someone to follow, and able to lead your associates to success? We, associates/network marketers, have to get serious about what we truly want out of our home based business.

What is your mindset as an associate? . You can be successful. Your belief in your business should not be based on a potential associate's yay and nay to join you or not. Your belief is in your daily system, the work, and the product/service you are offering. Take the time to come up with your business and marketing plan. Don't make things hard.

The mind set of network marketer:

1.  I have to speak to at least 15 people a day to sale services and products...That is over a 100 people a week. Out of that I will meet my potential business associates too.

Your system must be duplicate-able and working for you. The truth is, if your building and growing your business, you will not even know the people that will join your business when it is really growing.  Your new associates will grow their business. The funny thing is you need your associates to be successful. Your goal, vision, and techniques should allow you to have a winning team!!! Again...You are responsible for the first level, not for the infinite levels deep. If you can get your first level checks...they should be able to get your second level paychecks and so on. Look at the presentation, listen to your potential up line. Can you put yourself in their shoes? Do you even want to? Some people can get you excited business and it fizzles out when their techniques are not working for you. Pay attention to the people listening to the information  you are given about the business or service you're presenting. Pay attention to your response to the business model.  You need the excitement but most of all a daily system built to be duplicated by many levels deep. The down line may never meet you...but they should be able to get and follow your daily successful system. Do not be afraid to educate yourself and constantly add to what you know. After all it is your business. You may not be a blogger but can be successful by tapping into a different form of advertisement. The key is to enjoy the journey and to do what is going to get results in the end.

I really want anyone interested in network marketing stay encouraged. Results are real and your income potential is limitless with network marketing. Your business plan is set up to be shared not for you to be ran crazy. Let me explain. You may have some people in mind that you want in business with you...start with them. Make sure you are sharing your information to valuable potential business minded people. If they have the mindset and you see the potential is there, know you have the information they need to become more business minded and successful. Network marketing was not built to fail. I have read negative information and positive information about network marketing.  Yet network marketing is still here and legal. Network marketing is an awesome way to generate full-time and part-time income. Get started and most of all be duplicate-able.  

Working from Home: What is the Daily Success Plan for Working From Home?

Working from home requires a successful planning and scheduling! 

We all need a successful daily system we can just plug into. We need daily activities that fuels us mentally, spiritually, and physically. Let me ask you some questions.

1. What are you doing everyday towards making your home business successful?
2. Do you believe in yourself and the business you represent?
3. Have you set realistic goals for your business?
4. What are you doing to reach the goals you have set?
5. What are your needs, and how does your business meet them? 

You should always set aside time to do activities that inspire and educate you. In most cases, all of your needs are not met in a regular 8-5 job. You do what you're paid to do. In many cases employee satisfaction is not at the top of a company's priority list. If you are the captain of your ship, it is up to you to fulfill your needs. It is up to you to develop a daily program that caters to your needs, as the WHOLE person. You have to be serious when you work for yourself. You have to be active and constantly planning for the success of your business, the best part is, you can enjoy doing what you do too.

Let  me tell you a little bit about my day to day.  Depending on the situation my schedule does change. I began the day by investing in my health. Prayer, meditation and exercising are very important to me. I do this because it makes me feel good and better. I like to keep stress down so prayer and meditation is a must.  At least four times a week or more I set aside time for education and/or inspirational teachings. You can get this from books, online articles, YouTube...etc. I love John P. Morgan's YouTube channel. He is an awesome motivator. I respect myself...so I have to work on myself constantly. I am always looking for new ideas to get the best results for my business. I continue to renew my mind. After that, the work begins.  Blogging is how I provide information to you. I simply implement techniques in my blog content, that allows google to get my information to you...(it is important to educate yourself on blogging). You simply set aside time everyday or certain days a week for blogging. Since I blog, I also set aside time for marketing on social media. Well, if you are a blogger, you can simply send out updates for your new blog post on all your social media. Register with Hoot suite so you can send out blog post updates all at the same time instead of one by one. Sometimes I do something as simple as handing out business cards to people. I mean I left the cubicle because for one, I hate the phones and sitting on my butt all day long.

Don't Turn Your Business into a Cubicle Job!!! Make Time for Things that are Important to You!!!

Put in time dedicated to cooking, working out, family, and social life. Do not become a prisoner to your own house. Set aside time for your passion...singing, acting, again maybe cooking. Take advantage of being able to structure your life the way you want it structured. Lets recap:

First of all close your eyes and see yourself running your business. See yourself!!!

• Getting up in the morning giving thanks and meditating
• Working out doing yoga or what ever you want to do
•  Take a hot shower feeling refreshed and recharged
• Eating a nice healthy breakfast
• Working online, promoting on line

• changing lives just because it is what you do and you dictate how you do it Boss!!
•  Incorporating education every day; conference calls, audios, books, video
• After work, family time and passion time or whatever is important to you
