Home-based Business: In network marketing, the excitement and hope can fizzle out kind of fast....why?

 When diving into network marketing, we start out so excited about the opportunity but why does that excitement fizzle out after a few months or even a year? What is your common goal, plan, and vision for your company? Newbies you must understand that you are building a business, a team from scratch.  This task is going to require time, commitment, a daily system and your belief in what you are doing. It can be very frustrating when your business is not growing. Another question, is the person that signed you up for business able to help you be successful? Do you feel like you have a service or product of value, that is worth investing time, money, and energy in? In this blog I hope you are led to examine your business and need be led to make better changes.

Home-based Business: First Why is it important to have both members and associates?

Everyone wants associates...you want to the people that can bring in more people into your business right? But members are very important, after all you should value the product and service. Members just want the service. Members are good to have. You can still have a booming business if you are constantly signing up people for services and products only. Consistency in sales means you have a business and it should mean there is a constant flow of income. Keep in mind that happy members do, in some cases, join the business side. Most members are more likely to sign up under the associate they received the membership from. Don't get me wrong, associates are great!!! If you have associates on your team...yes you know have the potential to make residual income. Realistically speaking it is not always that simple...

Home-based Business: When the Excitement Fizzles...

The excitement for growing your business fizzles when you are not able to find potential associates. Every person you speak to about your business opportunity is not associate or boss material. A person believing in and liking your product is not enough. I mean, haven't you been turned down from a job you really wanted. That interview probably went very well too...but you still received  a nice letter that decline you for the position. I have been declined because someone else was more qualified for the job. 
  1. Training people who are quick to sign up for business and will not work the business... is enough to drain your excitement. Not knowing who you are targeting is a deal breaker. And newbies...associates, we have to know what we are talking about.
  2. If you find yourself lost for words...umm that situation will drain your excitement for business. Please take the time to learn, use, and know your product.
  3. Excitement fizzles when the associate is not confident. If you do not believe in you, know one will believe in anything you represent outside yourself. Your giving off that self doubt energy, trust me you will get that mirrored back at you. Work on self development please.
  4. I hated explaining one companies PV and BV system!!! I hated drawing circles on the board!!!! You get this and that for this person and....etc. You get confused and get NO business!!! When your tired and bored during the presentation so are your prospects. If this is always the ending result, your patience will fizzle out and  BYE BYE BUSINESS!! You will not continue to put yourself through that.
What business owner would continue to put themselves in a negative unprofitable situation on a regular basis??? Sounds like a deal breaker to me.  Are you really someone to follow, and able to lead your associates to success? We, associates/network marketers, have to get serious about what we truly want out of our home based business.

What is your mindset as an associate? . You can be successful. Your belief in your business should not be based on a potential associate's yay and nay to join you or not. Your belief is in your daily system, the work, and the product/service you are offering. Take the time to come up with your business and marketing plan. Don't make things hard.

The mind set of network marketer:

1.  I have to speak to at least 15 people a day to sale services and products...That is over a 100 people a week. Out of that I will meet my potential business associates too.
2. I am not afraid of rejection....this is a numbers game!!! Team meat QUOTA!!!
3. How can I take of advantage of all sources for marketing
4. I need to get these amount of people in by ......
5. I got them in...now training is on....
6. Wow my team is making money for themselves!!!
7. This year my goal is...

Home-based Business: Do you have a winning system for your business?

Your system must be duplicate-able and working for you. The truth is, if your building and growing your business, you will not even know the people that will join your business when it is really growing.  Your new associates will grow their business. The funny thing is you need your associates to be successful. Companies like MCA will gladly pay you residual income when your associates are successful as well and your business is growing. Your business may use a binary system where you bring in 2 people. It may be a 3 X 8 system where you need 3 people to start out on your first level. Those 2 or 3 people you bring in need to be able to reach their 2 or 3 potential associates as well and so on. Excitement fizzles when you can't get your business to grow past the first level. Is the information you're passing to your new associates able to grow your business because they are able to grow their business with your system? Are you able to make true network marketers? Is the level you're responsible for able to make income? If the answer is no...keep reading. Time to get serious about the success of your business and others coming in for business through you.

Home-based Business: What are you going to offer the small number that needs to duplicate you?

Your goal, vision, and techniques should allow you to have a winning team!!! Again...You are responsible for the first level, not for the infinite levels deep. If you can get your first level checks...they should be able to get your second level paychecks and so on. Look at the presentation, listen to your potential up line. Can you put yourself in their shoes? Do you even want to? Some people can get you excited business and it fizzles out when their techniques are not working for you. Pay attention to the people listening to the information  you are given about the business or service you're presenting. Pay attention to your response to the business model.  You need the excitement but most of all a daily system built to be duplicated by many levels deep. The down line may never meet you...but they should be able to get and follow your daily successful system. Do not be afraid to educate yourself and constantly add to what you know. After all it is your business. You may not be a blogger but can be successful by tapping into a different form of advertisement. The key is to enjoy the journey and to do what is going to get results in the end.

I really want anyone interested in network marketing stay encouraged. Results are real and your income potential is limitless with network marketing. Your business plan is set up to be shared not for you to be ran crazy. Let me explain. You may have some people in mind that you want in business with you...start with them. Make sure you are sharing your information to valuable potential business minded people. If they have the mindset and you see the potential is there, know you have the information they need to become more business minded and successful. Network marketing was not built to fail. I have read negative information and positive information about network marketing.  Yet network marketing is still here and legal. Network marketing is an awesome way to generate full-time and part-time income. Get started and most of all be duplicate-able.
